Chris Chace wrote his first song at the age of 6 but never planned on becoming a professional artist like his mother Julie or his late father celebrated actor Telly Savalas. After his fateful path led him through the halls of a military academy to active involvement with the peace movement to studying international diplomacy in Austria he realized the best way he could connect with people and make a positive impact on the world was to do what he had naturally been drawn to all along writing music.
Upon returning to the US Chris linked up with multi-platinum artist and producer Phil Solem of the Rembrandts to record his first demo. Shortly thereafter Chris was ed as a semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition for his song “See You Smile” and his song “Better Days” reached 4 Rock Song 2 Alternative Rock Song and 8 Song in California on the Broadjam Music Charts.
Chris then crossed paths with Grammy award winning producer ToneDef (Green Day Santana Chris Isaak) finding the perfect person to help realize the vision for the catalog of music he spent the better part of his life creating. The first single ‘If We Did It All Again’ off the debut EP ‘Any Given Day’ was released mid-2013. As Chris describes the EP “It’s electronic music that still has a heart and still sounds like music when played with just a guitar or piano because that’s how they start.”
Director Spence Nicholson of London Alley Entertainment (lil-Wayne Justin Bieber Beyonce) came across the single and helped create a technologically groundbreaking 3-D music video the first to ever be shot exclusively utilizing the cutting edge RGB-D toolkit + Microsoft Kinect sensors. Chris closed out 2013 with his first nationwide coast to coast tour with more shows on the way in 2014 and a brand new EP in the works.
