I'm a musician representing for all the hardknocks world wide. I found myself musically while serving a 46 month bid in prison. It was in prison where I switched up everything about myself and the music I produced. Mentally I grew more in these few years than I had in the last ten years of going in an out of that cage. I turned my prison bid into music school by teaching myself the guitar keyboard how to sing and how to rock a show. I started doing shows on the prison yard after playing the guitar for only 4 months but I didn't want to wait anymore because I felt I was ready. The first show I ever did with this new Rap Rock Roll idea I had was life changing for me. I started my show with literally only 4 convicts in front of me. After I started to play shit got crazy they started coming off the weight pile the track and the field. They were surrounding me from all over. The guards called for back up and the yard was quickly surrounded by pink tubbies (prison guards or cops). They thought a riot was about to take place but after a while they saw that it was just me rocking the yard. One thing that really messed me up was when I looked at one of the guards who was always mean mugging me and saw that he was now bobbing his head to the music. That was the moment... that changing moment in my life. When I looked in the crowed and saw every organization you can imagine from mexican gangs to crips bloods Gd's latin kings AB'S etc. I mean everyone was on the prison yard in one crowd for a single moment and thats when I realized the power of music and how it captivates you. It puts you in a trance and for that single moment on the prison yard we were all free and no one could bring us back. Music is the key and I've found it in me. I'm no longer on that prison yard. Now it's time to share my music with the world. So this story I'm giving you is not just mine it's far bigger than me my music is from the heart and soul and my story is for all those who may never see daylight again. If one of us make it then we all make it...Victory Hardnocks we will make it and the world will love it. It has been on an cracking ever since then. I never looked back and I never will this thing gone blow. Not cause like every other artist I feel my music is just the illest but because my music is a movement. It represents change from the norm. Fuck what you know I want to show you things you've never seen before. Even though there will always be another in due time. You will never see anything like this ever again.
