Born broke and raised poor Thomas Tech Ready Lohrman was born on January 2nd 1988. Newport Rhode Island is where he spent his youth. Drugs and alcohol we introduced early in his life as he watched other family members battle addiction. It seemed almost textbook that he began finding himself getting more into trouble. His behavior ended up forcing him to often be moved around and bounced from school to school. During all the difficulties of his childhood he found a passion in music and felt its influence take hold of him immediately. At age 19 his world was changed for ever by the death of his Uncle Johnny. Caught up in the grief and feeling he had no way to express his emotions he picked up a pen and grabbed a notebook from his backpack. All the components lead to his first song titled Immortal I Will Rise. Soon after Tech began self producing his own music and putting together his first project. The first mix-tape Tech-no-Logical Skills released april 20th 09 was the result. After a year of non stop grinding and self promotion to circulate his name locally he shot 2 music videos promoting the release. Sightless and the Kid From The Bridge music video gained him instant recognition. Soon after he started to produce his next solo project a full length debut Realness Still Remains. May 20th 2011 the Album was released featuring such artist as Ace Of Spades Prodz and Kill-a-Instinct Records member Cryptic. The release was a success pushing thousands of CD's into the hands of the eager listeners. The same year he followed up his album with a mix-tape collaboration working with his whole team and his independent record label artist known as No Money Records. The first installment of the mixtape series BLACK DAWN N$R mix tape VOL 1 was successfully released August 26th 2011 Hosted by DJs Green Hell DJ Heavy g. In three short years and thousands of fans later. Tech is currently working with a new producer on his highly anticipated second solo album titled BROKEN CHAINS. Set to be released later in 2012 the album will offer listeners a unique style of hip hop. Starting from nothing but a dream Tech is evidence that hard work and dedication pays off.
