Chicago native Encore (Birth name Darion Fuller) began rapping at the age of seven. But even before then when he was 9months he was harmonizing with Lauren Hill. His mother knew he was destined to be a musical genius. At age 12 he and three of his classmates started a group by the name of Suicide Rockstars which he later retained the name for his own record label. In the group he was able to utilize and further developed his musical skills. With a wide range of musical influences from Green Day to Lil Wayne he was not only able to teach himself two musical instruments by ear but to also mimic exactly his favorite artist instrumentals on his keyboard. He was given his first recording software at age 13 and twelve hours later he had recorded three songs. The number of songs he has created between now and the present are unknown but estimated to be close to a hundred. Encore’s style has been compared to the likes of Drake Lupe Fiasco and J. Cole. In late 2011 Encore signed to Mad Tactics Management Inc. Dropping his first mixtape in January the following year. The future of Encore appears limitless for the entertainer his aspirations include producing singing and acting.
