You’Nique… Chicago’s very own RB sensational group “You’nique” is out for the taking! Not only are they unsigned but one of the best groups here lately to hit the streets of their hometown. The two lovely ladies met the year 2008 at Thornton Township high school of Harvey IL. Sye and Yoshee never got along until they noticed they had the love of music in common. Sye began to express to Yoshee her passion for singing and they decided to make music from that day forth. The year 2011 You’Nique met Producer/Recording artist Gotti Lasalle Meers. Gotti Lasalle produced You’Nique’s first hit single “Final Destination” that had Chicago on edge and ready for more. Later that year You’Nique met Producer/Recording artist Bad Habit. You’Nique soon began to build their team. Sye launched her own management company Steady Roc’n and is now managing Bad Habit! Early 2012 the ladies released their first mix-tape “The Peek Show” tracks including “I want you” “Pressure” “Final Destination ft. Gotti Lasalle” and “Bad Habits- Willie J. Jr ft. You’Nique/Bad Habit”. You’Nique is still on the move and currently starting on their new album to be released in June.
