Born and raised on Chicago’s west side Ameer “Arsenal” Hammad possesses the talent and musical passion to turn heads in the music industry. Arsenal began rapping at the age of 18 after listening to his peers battle which would ultimately lead to a career pursuing his passion. His aim was to do something positive with his life and use his harsh experiences of life to his advantage. These experiences played a major role in his music development and he has since continued working on his rap skills.
Arsenal ped his first mixed tape Gangsta 1 on 1 in 2009 with hits “Stay With Me” and “Don’t Say No Tonight.” In 2011 Arsenal released an astonishing four mixed tapes. Together with his friend/producer Donald Gangsta 1 on 1 pt 2 hit the streets in early 2011 with “Swagg” and “Wild’n Out” making their debut. In mid 2011 Arsenal hooked up with fellow rapper/producer K-Biz and put together album: History in the Making. That album produced hits such as “New” and “Semi-Automatic.” Arsenal finished out 2011 by ping two albums: Music ‘N Money and Arsenal Money Mayweather with K-Biz which produced hits such as “Bruno Mars” “Rockin’ With the Arsenal” “Special” and “Time and Time Again.”
His debut album which is due late 2012 is bound to be a huge hit. Although this will be his first solo album Arsenal is no stranger to the public eye with appearances in the Chicago land area as well as Atlanta. Arsenal is a product of the game starting in the streets and utilizing his credibility to a higher extent with his music connections and skills.
