Biography I am currently seeking a Pro Management team! Some of My Accomplishments 1966 was my first taste of playing and writing music. First band was called the Mocking Birds. His first gig was at The American Legion in South Corpus Christi Texas. In 1983 formed a band called Malfunction. Formed Light Force a rock band that wrote a song about the Space Shuttle Challenger tragedy in 1986. In 1987 Light Force recorded and released their single Titled Challenger the flip side Burning Hearts. I have been an independent-recording artist since 1987. Songwriter Publisher Florida Light Force Production member of BMI since 1987. Since 1989 I has been performing as a singer/songwriter in nightclubs performing both Southern Rock and Country music. In Alabama Georgia Florida Louisiana and Texas. 1989 formed The Southern Delight Band. I am self-taught on bass electric and acoustic guitar 6 and 12 string piano and took formal lessons on drums at one of Tampas local music stores I studied voice training from The Vocal Power Institute. June 1990 I was on my way to Hillsborough Community Collage to take a final exam when a 16 year old girl ran a red light and hit me and my wife head on. The accident resulted in me being laid up for over a year. Which meant the end of Southern Delight. However after miracles performed by God and my doctors. I am back and ready to go full force back on the big stage! I had my last surgery in 1992 and I beat the odds and proved if you give it everything you have you can beat the odds. I have performed at several private events as well as Radio shows these last few years. 1993 formed The Silver Dollar Band 1995 Recorded This Mountain and Beside Every Man in Nashville in 1995. In the fall of 1995 made and released a music video of Beside Every Man. 2002 Myself and the Silver Dollar Band got serious and recorded his We Cant pickup the Pieces CD they sold this CD while playing in the Clubs. 2003 Myself and the Silver Dollar Band started their Radio Tour at WZZS Heartland Country Zolfo Springs FL on December 11 2003 and finished at Walls 102 Fm in Peru Illinois around April 20th 2004! Education 1975 I received an Associate Paralegal Degree. 2000 I was the democratic Nominee for Florida House District 63. 2009 Changed my political party affiliation to Republican after the push by the Democrats to Socialize The United States. 2008 I signed a Contract with Tate Music Group. I was born in Texas one of seven children. I have four children. I am married to my sole mate Gloria. While I love to perform which is my passion I still enjoy writing music. The songs I write I have lived or my friends and family have lived them. They are a part of my life as much as my children are. Song writing to me is one of the greatest talents that God gave me I love doing it and give credit to him.
